Comodul Ltd. was established in 2005 as à successor of ET "Comodul - Plamen Mladenov”, operating since 1993.

The main activity of the company is preparing construction projects for buildings with concrete, steel, composite and wooden structure as follows:

  • Administration and public services building
  • Industrial buildings
  • Residential buildings and complexes
  • One-and two-family houses
  • Reconstruction of buildings - upgrading, expansion, restructuring
  • Petrol stations, car washes and others
  • Engineering structures - retaining walls, pools, etc.
  • Design expertise and advices.

  • Comodul Ltd. provides architectural supervision throughout the construction process. We are fast and flexible in solving any problems, or when adjustments to the project are needed.

    buildingAll projects are made in accordance with the Bulgarian laws. All static calculations are made with RADIMPEX software / Planet, PanelPro, Tower /, representing three-dimensional computer programs for static and dynamic analysis by the final elements method, in accordance with all regulations. The software is licensed with serial number V5E493EV7S884E38. It is approved by the Research Sector / NIS / in the University of Architecture and Construction Sofia / letter ¹ 35/01.03.1999/.

    The construction projects made by Comodul Ltd are distinguished for their appropriate design, for the most efficient use of materials, their operational safety and functionality, as well as for their completeness, quality of the drawings and specifications, their accuracy and traceability.

    The company employs six highly skilled engineers with full and partial design capacity, with over 15 years of experience in design. One of them is a technical control specialist.

    Comodul Ltd has all the necessary technical support for the designers in the design process - computers, software, colour printer, copier, etc.
